3. Pricing and Payments
We offer various payment plans including one-time Single Document downloads, Monthly Subscriptions, and Yearly Premium tiers. Pricing details are clearly presented in the checkout interface before your purchase. All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway provider, Creem.
4. Delivery Policy
As we offer digital goods exclusively, delivery is instantaneous upon successful payment verification. Upon payment completion, you will immediately receive a secure redirect to the final document download page, or an email containing a link or the attached digital PDF.
5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
We stand firmly behind the quality of our templates. If our document generator fails to function as described, or you are substantially dissatisfied with the formatting of your downloaded document, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment via Creem.
If you have purchased a subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that cycle completes. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
